My Background
My background in content creation spans a multitude of industries and disciplines. I am trained in directing and producing as well as more technical areas including videography, lighting, sound, video editing, and color grading.

I began my career in 2013 as a camera operator in a video control room at Portland State University in Portland, OR where I was also studying at the time. I filmed university lectures and created live edits on the control room switchboard.

After a year of studying and working here, I decided to apply for transfer to a larger university with a bigger film production program. I was soon accepted into NYU for the summer 2014 intake. Unable to resist the call to NYC, I packed my bags and moved 3,000 miles to my new home.

I graduated from NYU in 2017 with a Bachelors of Arts in Film and TV Production. I continued a position as a video producer at a small investment bank for a short period before transitioning to a role in which I captured reality TV BTS and social media influencer content.
​
After this role, I found myself back in the finance industry working as a videographer and editor on the Global Communications team at the world renowned investment bank, Lazard. In my almost 6 years at the company, I built out the video production department and became manager of my team.
​
In September 2024, I left Lazard to follow my dreams of working abroad in the film industry. I once again packed my bags and flew off to London to pursue my MA in Directing at MetFilm School.
During my MA program, I worked on countless short films, advertisements, and webseries episodes. I also realized my passion for set decorating and began honing my craft by assisting with prop making and set designing. In summer 2025, I shot my most ambitious short film yet, "20 Something", which was written and directed by me.
I graduated with distinction from my MA in September 2025 and am now freelancing in the art department. I am also finalizing my short film and submitting it to festivals.
In my spare time, you can find me baking or dancing like no one's watching. I also love traveling, exploring new parts of London, and spending time with friends. And watching movies of course!
